Looking in the mirror and noticing…

  • Skin that looks dull, tired or dehydrated
  • A loss of that natural, healthy glow
  • Fine "crêpey" lines, especially on the cheeks, neck or under the eyes
  • Skin that feels less plump, bouncy and elastic than it used to
  • Rough or uneven texture that make-up sits on rather than into

You don't necessarily need volume or filler. You may simply need deeply hydrated, better-quality skin — restored from within.

Skin boosters are one of the loveliest ways to improve overall skin quality. Using tiny micro-injections of stabilised hyaluronic acid, they deliver intense hydration deep into the skin and gently encourage it to look fresher, smoother and more radiant over a short course of treatments.

What are Seventy Hyal 2000 skin boosters?

Seventy Hyal 2000 is a premium injectable skin booster made from stabilised hyaluronic acid (HA) — a substance found naturally in your skin that holds many times its own weight in water. As we age, our natural HA declines, and the skin gradually becomes drier, thinner and less elastic.

Delivered as a series of tiny micro-injections just beneath the surface, Seventy Hyal 2000 replenishes this lost hydration deep within the skin. Over the following weeks it helps to attract and hold moisture, support skin quality and encourage a healthier, more radiant complexion from within.

In short, a skin booster is designed to

  • Deeply hydrate the skin from the inside out
  • Improve overall skin quality, glow and radiance
  • Smooth the look of fine lines and "crêpey" texture
  • Support the skin's plumpness, bounce and elasticity

What a skin booster is not

It's important to understand what this treatment does and doesn't do, so your expectations are realistic.

It is NOT a volumising filler

  • It will not add shape, projection or volume
  • It will not lift, contour or "sculpt" the face
  • It won't plump lips or build cheeks like dermal filler

It is NOT an anti-wrinkle relaxant

  • It is not Botox or a muscle-relaxing injection
  • It won't freeze or soften movement lines
  • Deep, set wrinkles are better suited to other treatments

Instead, a skin booster works purely on skin quality and hydration — think of it as a deep, long-lasting drink of water for your skin, rather than a way to change your features.

Where can skin boosters be used?

Seventy Hyal 2000 is beautifully versatile and can be used anywhere the skin would benefit from deeper hydration and improved quality.

Popular areas

  • Face — cheeks, forehead, around the eyes and mouth
  • Neck — for crêpey, dehydrated or lined skin
  • Décolletage — the chest area, often sun-exposed and lined
  • Hands — where skin thins and loses plumpness with age

Lovely for skin that is

  • Dull, dry or dehydrated
  • Losing its natural glow
  • Showing early fine lines & crêpiness
  • Feeling less firm, bouncy or elastic

Your exact treatment areas are agreed with you at your consultation, based on your skin and your goals.

Why clients love skin boosters

Deep, lasting hydration

Hyaluronic acid draws water into the deeper layers of the skin, hydrating it far beyond what any cream can reach.

A natural, healthy glow

As hydration improves, skin looks fresher, dewier and more luminous — that sought-after "glass skin" radiance.

Smoother texture & softer fine lines

Better-hydrated skin plumps gently from within, softening the look of fine lines and crêpey texture.

Improved elasticity & bounce

Over the course, skin can feel firmer, more supple and more resilient.

Beautifully natural results

You still look like you — just fresher, healthier and glowier. Nothing "done", nothing changed.

Wondering if it's right for you?

Is it right for me?

You may be a good candidate if you

  • Have dull, tired or dehydrated skin
  • Want a healthier glow & better skin quality
  • Have early fine lines or crêpey texture
  • Want a natural result, not volume or filler
  • Are looking after your neck, chest or hands
  • Are in good general health
  • Have realistic expectations

It may NOT be suitable if you

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have an active skin infection or cold sore in the area
  • Have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine
  • Have certain autoimmune conditions
  • Are prone to keloid scarring
  • Are unwell or have an active infection
  • Are really seeking volume or wrinkle-relaxing — a different treatment may suit you better

A consultation will determine suitability, and treatment may be declined if it is not safe or appropriate for you.

What happens during treatment?

Consultation

We assess your skin quality, discuss your goals and agree the areas to treat, then create a personalised plan.

Preparation

The area is thoroughly cleansed. Seventy Hyal 2000 contains an integrated anaesthetic to keep you comfortable, and topical numbing can also be used if needed.

Treatment

A series of tiny micro-injections is placed evenly across the area using a very fine needle. Most clients describe it as small, quick pinpricks. The treatment itself usually takes around 20–30 minutes.

Straight after

You may see small raised bumps (called "blebs") at each injection point — this is completely normal and settles within around 24–48 hours as the product hydrates and disperses.

Your treatment course

Skin boosters work best as a short course of sessions rather than a single treatment — this builds and layers the hydration and skin-quality improvement gradually.

Initial course

  • Typically 2–3 sessions
  • Spaced 2–4 weeks apart
  • Builds hydration & skin quality over the course

Maintenance

  • A top-up session every 3–6 months
  • Keeps skin hydrated, glowing & smooth
  • Tailored to your skin over time

Your exact plan is agreed with you at consultation, based on your skin, your goals and how it responds.

When will I see results — and how long do they last?

Skin boosters are a gradual, quality-focused treatment. You'll typically notice your skin looking and feeling more hydrated and radiant over 2–4 weeks, with results building across your course of sessions.

First few days

Small injection bumps settle; skin may already feel more hydrated.

Week 2–4

Glow, hydration & smoothness become visible.

Across your course

Skin quality builds with each session.

3–6 months

Results gradually soften — time for a maintenance session.

Results from a completed course typically last around 3–6 months, after which a maintenance session keeps your skin at its best. Everyone is different, and longevity varies with age, skin type and lifestyle.

Downtime & side effects

Downtime is usually minimal — most clients return to their day straight afterwards. Because it's an injectable treatment, some short-lived side effects are normal and expected.

Common & temporary

  • Small raised bumps / "blebs" at each injection point — these settle within about 24–48 hours
  • Mild swelling
  • Redness
  • Bruising
  • Tenderness at injection points

Important risks — less common / rare

  • Bruising that takes longer to settle
  • Infection at an injection point
  • Lumps or nodules
  • Allergic / hypersensitivity reaction
  • Very rarely, vascular occlusion (HA entering a blood vessel)

Because of the small injection bumps for the first 24–48 hours, it's best not to book this immediately before a big event. We explain everything fully at your consultation and are always here if you have any concerns.

When skin boosters should be avoided

For your safety, this treatment isn't suitable in certain circumstances. It should be avoided or postponed if you:

Contraindications

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have an active skin infection, inflammation or cold sore in the treatment area
  • Have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid or lidocaine
  • Have an active autoimmune condition or are immunosuppressed
  • Are prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring
  • Are generally unwell or fighting an infection
  • Have had recent treatments (laser, peels, other injectables) in the same area

Your full medical history is reviewed at consultation to make sure treatment is safe and appropriate.

Alternatives to consider

Skin boosters are one of several ways to improve skin quality. At your consultation we'll give you honest advice on what would suit you best — which may include:

Other options

  • Dermal filler — where volume, lift or contour is the true goal
  • Polynucleotides — for skin regeneration & quality
  • Mesotherapy — micro-nutrient skin infusions
  • Medical-grade skincare — daily support for skin health

And of course

  • Doing nothing — there is never any pressure to treat
  • A great skincare routine & daily SPF go a long way

Choosing not to have any treatment is always a valid option, and we'll respect and support your decision.

What our clients say

★★★★★

"My skin has never looked so healthy. Husna explained everything clearly, the treatment was quick and comfortable, and after my course my skin looks so glowy and hydrated. It still looks like me, just so much fresher."

— Amelia
★★★★★

"I wanted something natural for my neck and chest, which had started to look crêpey. Husna was honest that this was the right treatment for skin quality rather than filler. A few sessions in and the difference in texture is lovely."

Frequently asked questions

Are skin boosters the same as filler?

No. Filler adds volume and shape; skin boosters improve skin quality and hydration. A skin booster won't change your features — it simply makes your skin healthier, dewier and smoother.

Will it make me look "done"?

Not at all. The result is completely natural — fresher, glowier, better-quality skin. Nobody will know unless you tell them.

Does it hurt?

Most clients find it very manageable. Seventy Hyal 2000 contains a built-in anaesthetic, and the injections feel like small, quick pinpricks. Topical numbing can also be used.

Will I have any downtime?

Downtime is minimal. You'll usually have small bumps at the injection points that settle within about 24–48 hours, and possibly mild redness, swelling or bruising.

How many sessions will I need?

Typically a course of 2–3 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, then a maintenance session every 3–6 months. Your exact plan is agreed at consultation.

When will I see results and how long do they last?

You'll usually notice hydration and glow building over 2–4 weeks, with results developing across your course. A completed course typically lasts around 3–6 months.

Which areas can be treated?

Face, neck, décolletage and hands are the most popular — anywhere the skin would benefit from deeper hydration and improved quality.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is £POA — confirmed at your consultation once we've agreed your areas and personalised plan.

How do I know if I'm suitable?

The easiest way is a quick, no-obligation consultation (or a WhatsApp message). We'll honestly tell you whether skin boosters are right for you, or if another treatment would suit you better.
