Looking in the mirror and noticing…
You don't necessarily need anything dramatic. You may simply want to calm the surface of your skin — less oil, smaller-looking pores and a smoother, softer glow.
Mesotox — also known as microbotox — is a skin-perfecting treatment. Tiny amounts of very diluted toxin are placed into the superficial layers of the skin (not deep into the muscles), aiming to reduce shine, refine pores and give that sought-after glass-skin finish.
Mesotox uses small amounts of diluted botulinum toxin, placed into the superficial layers of the skin rather than deep into the muscles. Because it sits close to the surface, it works on the little glands and structures that affect how your skin looks and feels — rather than freezing the muscles that create expression lines.
The aim of mesotox is to:
That's exactly what a consultation is for — a relaxed, no-obligation chat where we assess your skin, talk through your goals, and give you honest advice. There's never any pressure to go ahead.

A dermastamp is a microneedling device with a flat array of very fine needles. Rather than injecting deep, it creates tiny channels in the surface of the skin — the perfect route for delivering a diluted, superficial solution evenly across the area.
Here's what a typical session looks like:
Your skin is thoroughly cleansed and prepared.
A topical anaesthetic cream may be applied so you stay comfortable throughout.
Your clinician prepares the carefully diluted toxin solution ready for delivery.
The dermastamp gently creates tiny channels across the treatment area.
The diluted solution is delivered into these superficial channels. Some clinicians also use a series of tiny intradermal microinjections alongside the stamping to place the solution precisely.
Everything is done with sterile, single-use needles, and your practitioner tailors the technique to your skin.
Mesotox is a surface-perfecting treatment. It's most often chosen for:
Mesotox refines and smooths the skin surface — it is not designed to relax expression muscles or lift lax skin.
Downtime is usually minimal. Because the dermastamp works on the surface, most of what you'll notice settles quickly. It's normal to have:
Most people are comfortable returning to their normal day soon afterwards, and full aftercare guidance is provided so you know exactly what to expect and how to look after your skin.
Mesotox works gradually. Rather than an instant change, the effects develop over the days that follow as the diluted toxin begins to act on the surface of your skin.
First few days
Redness and pinpoint marks settle; skin begins to calm.
Around 1–2 weeks
The effect develops — smoother skin, less shine, more refined-looking pores and a subtle glass-skin glow.
2–4 months
Results are temporary and typically last around this long before a top-up is considered. This varies from person to person.
We believe in being straight with you, so here's the honest picture. Mesotox is a genuinely popular skin-perfecting treatment — but it's important to understand a few things before you decide:
None of this means it won't work well for you — many clients love the finish. It simply means we set realistic expectations together, so you go in fully informed and happy. If we don't think it's the right treatment for your concern, we'll tell you honestly and suggest a better-suited option.
Mesotox with dermastamp is generally well tolerated, but no treatment is entirely without risk. We explain everything fully at your consultation, and the complete list is set out in your consent form.
The full list of risks is set out in your consent form, which you complete before treatment.

"My skin has never looked so glowy and my makeup finally stays put all day. The shine on my T-zone is so much calmer and my pores look genuinely smaller. Husna explained everything honestly beforehand which I really appreciated."
"I came in for that glass-skin look and I'm so pleased — my skin feels smoother and much less oily. It's subtle and natural, exactly what I wanted, and I was told upfront it would build over a couple of weeks."
Reviews shown are genuine client feedback from Layali Clinic patients. Individual results vary and a consultation is required to determine suitability.
Every treatment plan is tailored to your skin, the area treated and your goals, so pricing is confirmed for you at your consultation.

Most people find it very manageable. The dermastamp needles are extremely fine and a numbing cream can be applied first, so you stay comfortable. You may feel a light prickling as the area is treated, which settles quickly afterwards.
No. Anti-wrinkle injections place toxin deeper, into specific muscles, to relax expression lines. Mesotox uses very diluted toxin in the superficial layers of the skin to calm oil, refine pores and smooth texture — it's a skin-perfecting treatment, not a muscle-relaxing one. If your concern is expression lines, we also offer Anti-Wrinkle Injections.
The effect develops over several days to around two weeks, giving smoother, less shiny skin with a subtle glass-skin glow. Results are temporary and typically last around 2–4 months, though this varies from person to person.
Usually minimal. Expect some redness (a little like mild sunburn) for a few hours to 1–2 days, possible mild swelling, tiny pinpoint marks and occasionally slight bruising. Most people return to their normal day soon afterwards.
Many clients notice less shine and more refined-looking pores. We'll be honest with you, though: the evidence for mesotox is more limited than for standard anti-wrinkle injections, techniques aren't fully standardised, and results vary between individuals — so we set realistic expectations together at your consultation.
Botulinum toxin is a prescription medication and must be administered by a qualified healthcare professional. At Layali Clinic your treatment is carried out by a trained, insured practitioner using sterile, single-use needles, and your suitability is checked at consultation.
Pricing is on application and confirmed at your consultation, once we've assessed your skin and goals. A deposit secures your appointment and comes off your total.
The easiest way is a quick, no-obligation consultation. We'll honestly tell you whether mesotox suits your skin and concerns, or whether another treatment — such as a skin booster or anti-wrinkle injections — would be a better fit.
Book a relaxed, no-obligation consultation — we'll assess your skin, explain your options honestly and create a personalised plan. You're never under any pressure to proceed.
