Non-Surgical Butt Filler

Shape. Lift. Enhance.

A non-surgical way to add subtle volume, shape and lift to the buttocks — without surgery, implants or fat transfer.

Book your consultation ›

Non-surgical butt filler is a way to gently enhance the shape and projection of the buttocks using injectable filler — a non-surgical alternative to a Brazilian Butt Lift, with no general anaesthetic, no implants and no surgical recovery.

It's ideal for clients who would like a little more volume, smoother contour or improved shape, and who want a natural, non-surgical enhancement rather than a dramatic surgical change.

Real results

Genuine, consented before & after photos of Layali Clinic clients. These show a subtle, non-surgical enhancement — added volume, smoother contour and improved shape.

Genuine consented Layali Clinic clients. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed; a consultation is required to confirm suitability and a realistic outcome for you.

What is non-surgical butt filler?

A specially formulated injectable filler is placed into the deeper tissue of the buttocks using a fine cannula to add volume, improve shape and create a smoother, more lifted contour. The exact product is selected and confirmed at your consultation based on your goals and what is safe and appropriate for you.

It is a non-surgical treatment — there is no surgery, no implant and no fat transfer involved.

How it works

The filler adds structure and volume beneath the skin, while the body responds to the treated area over time. Because it works gradually and in carefully limited volumes for safety, results are natural and proportionate to your frame.

What it can improve

May help with

  • Adding subtle volume
  • Improving shape & contour
  • A smoother, lifted appearance
  • Softening "hip dips"
  • Improving mild asymmetry

Why clients choose it

  • No surgery or general anaesthetic
  • No implants or scars
  • A natural, non-surgical result
  • Less downtime than surgery

Realistic expectations — please read

This is a subtle, non-surgical enhancement — not a surgical Brazilian Butt Lift. For safety, only a limited volume can be placed per session, so the change is natural and gradual rather than dramatic. More than one session may be needed, results are temporary and will need topping up over time, and a surgical procedure remains the option for large-volume change. We will always be honest with you at consultation about what is realistically achievable.

Who is it for?

May suit you if you

  • Want a subtle, natural enhancement
  • Have realistic expectations
  • Prefer to avoid surgery
  • Are in good general health
  • Are at a stable weight

May not be suitable if you

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have an active infection or skin condition in the area
  • Have a bleeding/clotting disorder or take blood thinners
  • Have certain autoimmune conditions
  • Want a large-volume, surgical-scale change
  • Have unrealistic expectations

Suitability is always confirmed at a face-to-face consultation, and treatment may be declined if it is not safe or appropriate.

What happens during treatment?

1. Consultation

We assess the area, discuss your goals and what is realistically achievable, review your medical history and take photographs for your record.

2. Preparation

The area is cleansed and prepared, and the skin is numbed for your comfort.

3. Treatment

Filler is placed into the deeper tissue using a fine cannula, with careful attention to symmetry and safety.

4. After treatment

You'll be given detailed aftercare. The most important part is avoiding prolonged sitting and direct pressure on the area for the first couple of weeks (your aftercare guide explains exactly how).

What does it feel like?

Numbing keeps you comfortable. You may feel pressure or mild discomfort during treatment, and some tenderness, swelling and bruising afterwards.

Downtime & recovery

It's normal to experience swelling, bruising, tenderness and firmness for a few days to a couple of weeks. The key is to protect the area — avoiding prolonged sitting, pressure and strenuous exercise while it settles. Most clients manage normal daily life with these adjustments; full aftercare is in your recovery guide.

Results & how long it lasts

Some shape is visible soon after treatment, though swelling can affect the early appearance. Results settle over the following weeks. Injectable butt filler is temporary — depending on the product and your body it may last roughly 1–2 years, after which a top-up maintains the result. We'll discuss expected longevity for your chosen product at consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals and what can be done safely per session. Many clients build their result gradually over more than one appointment. We'll plan this honestly with you.

Risks & side effects

This is an injectable treatment placed deep in the tissue, so it carries real risks that we explain fully — and you'll complete a detailed medical history and consent form before treatment.

Common & usually temporary

  • Swelling
  • Bruising
  • Tenderness
  • Firmness
  • Mild asymmetry while settling

Less common / serious

  • Infection (an important risk with body filler)
  • Lumps or nodules
  • Filler migration
  • Persistent asymmetry or contour irregularity
  • Vascular complication (rare but serious)
  • Need for dissolving or correction
  • Need for top-up treatment

Your full risks, contraindications and consent are covered in detail on the consent form before any treatment goes ahead.

Frequently asked questions

Is it the same as a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)?

No. A surgical BBL transfers your own fat under general anaesthetic. This is a non-surgical, injectable enhancement — more subtle, with less downtime, but temporary and limited in volume.

Is it painful?

The area is numbed for your comfort. You may feel pressure during treatment and some tenderness afterwards.

How long does it last?

It's temporary — roughly 1–2 years depending on the product and your body — and can be topped up to maintain your result.

How much downtime is there?

You'll need to avoid prolonged sitting, pressure and strenuous exercise for around two weeks while it settles. Most normal activities continue with these adjustments.

Will it look natural?

Yes — limited, carefully placed volume gives a natural, proportionate result rather than a dramatic change.

Is it safe?

When performed by a trained practitioner with an appropriate product, it is well tolerated, but it still carries real risks including infection. These are explained fully and consented to before treatment.
